Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the provision of electronic services by Hubert Ptaszek Do More Soft, based in Kielce, ul. Olszewskiego 6, 25-663 Kielce, Poland, VAT ID: PL7681848372 (hereinafter: "Service Provider").

By using the domoresoft.com website, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

  • Website — the website available at domoresoft.com, including all subpages.
  • User — any natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit using the Website.
  • Services — electronic services provided by the Service Provider, including informational content, contact forms, the project configurator, and newsletter.
  • Contract — a separate service agreement concluded between the Service Provider and a Client outside of the Website.

3. Types of Services

The Service Provider offers the following services through the Website:

  • Providing information about the company, its offerings, and completed projects.
  • Enabling contact via contact forms.
  • Project configurator — an interactive tool for preliminary project scoping.
  • Newsletter — marketing communications sent with the User's consent.
  • Blog — publication of industry articles.

4. Terms of Use

  • Use of the Website is free of charge.
  • An internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser are required to use the Website.
  • The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law, and good practice.
  • It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access to the Service Provider's systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, source code, and page layout, is the property of the Service Provider or is used under appropriate licences. Copying, distributing, or using these materials without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

6. Liability

  • The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is current and accurate, but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in Website access caused by technical factors, maintenance, or force majeure.
  • IT projects are carried out under separate contracts concluded individually with each Client.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website may be submitted electronically to: contact@domoresoft.com. The Service Provider will process complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new provisions.

10. Governing Law

Matters not covered by these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Poland, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services.
