Challenge

The events industry needed a tool that natively understood the two-way contract between organizer and media patrons. Existing ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, Evenea, Konfeo) treated patrons as a ticket category, not as a first-class object with deliverables, publication deadlines and ROI reporting.

Solution

We designed an operational system for patronage management: medium as a first-class object with ROI history, patronage tiers (main / press / radio / online), magic-link approval for editors (approve material from an email link, no login), real-time EAV dashboard, automated post-event PDF reports, and integration with media-monitoring platforms (Press-Service, Newspoint).
