In 2026 custom software costs anything from a few thousand euros for a website or a single integration to well over a hundred thousand for a business platform. At Do More Soft a custom system starts at PLN 24,999 net (about EUR 6,000), and a typical project of this kind is around PLN 79,000 net (about EUR 19,000) and 5 to 22 weeks of work. Below is the full entry price list for eight project types, with timelines and the things that push the price up.
These are not market estimates. They are the same figures our quote configurator shows: the table below reads them from the same file the configurator calculates from. Euro amounts are converted from PLN at 4.17. Prices as of 16 October 2026.

The “from” column is the smallest sensible scope: one flow, one user role, no integrations. The “typical” column is the amount we start the quote from for a typical scope of that type. In consulting, the lowest figure is a single consultation; a full technology audit starts at PLN 8,000 net (about EUR 1,900) and takes 2–5 team-days, with the report within 2–3 weeks.
What drives the cost up
Usually not the technology, but four things in the brief.
Project stage. An idea on paper needs scoping, wireframes and decisions nobody has made yet. A running system that needs further development first requires understanding someone else’s code. Both cost more than a project with a ready requirements document.
Integrations. Every external system the software has to talk to is a separate piece of work: ERP, accounting, e-invoicing, couriers, payments, government platforms. One integration fits a typical budget. Five change the category of the project.
A deadline of “yesterday”. Starting the same week means moving people off other projects and working in parallel, which cannot be done cheaper.
Legal and security requirements. Medical, financial or citizen data, auditable document workflows, GDPR or public-sector requirements. This is not a paperwork surcharge but extra architecture, testing and documentation.
A quote given after one phone call, without questions about your processes and data, almost always describes a different project from the one that will be built. The difference gets paid later, in change requests.
What brings the cost down
A smaller first scope. An MVP with one flow you can show users in week four costs a fraction of the full version and tells you whether the full version is needed at all. More on this in MVP in 8 weeks.
Discovery before the quote. Two weeks of analysing processes and data cost less than one badly built module. After discovery the quote stops being a range and becomes a scope with a price. Here is how our discovery works.
A ready foundation. If the problem is close to what our products already solve, for example marketplace order handling in MoreSales or CRM in MoreCRM, deploying and adapting an existing system is cheaper than building from scratch.
What maintenance costs
The implementation budget is not the end of the costs. Hosting, security updates, monitoring, regulatory changes and small improvements are a fixed line in the budget of any system meant to run for more than a year. We price it together with the project, so there is no surprise after go-live.
How to get a quote for your project
- The configurator shows a price and time range for your project type, stage and scope in a few minutes.
- In a free consultation we narrow the range and decide whether discovery is needed.
- After discovery you get a scope with a price: fixed or time and materials, with a demo after every sprint.
If you have a project left by another vendor, start with an audit. It often turns out that a rewrite is not needed.
